Try these for a healthy treat!
Mix together:
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup Agave nectar (may need to add more when mixing)
1 cup Reduced fat peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 cup Chocolate Shakeology
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup grated almonds (optional) OR 1/4 cup protein powder (suggest vanilla, toffee, or similar flavor...optional)
Once mixed, roll into balls (about 1in.), roll balls in grated almonds (optional), and refrigerate. Makes about 40 cookies.
